THSRC WEBSITE
Our website’s mission is to provide information and communication to serve our members. Every year we strive to improve the website in order to provide you with a more enjoyable experience when you log in and visit, this year you will notice:
A more interactive website – We all know how busy the summer will be; wouldn’t it be great to have someone notify or remind you about the THSRC topics and events you care about? We thought so too:
- Log in procedure: When you visit the website, click on the Members Only Tab you will then be able to log into the “NEW” private member area - email communication system.
- To keep it simple we have set up temporary user names and passwords for you – it is your phone number that THSRC has on file for both user name and password (xxx-xxx-xxxx). Remember to include the area code and dashes between the numbers.
- Once you are in the system you will want to change your temporary user name and password and confirm your member information; as well as select and specify what type of email alerts and information you would like to receive.
- When we have your updated contact information; we will send out alerts and reminder emails to your email address. That’s it – soon you will receive emails from THSRC matching your preferences.
A Members Only section that will allow you to log in with your user name and password to access:
- THSRC By Laws
- THSRC Member Rules
- THSRC Members Directory
A Social Tab that will allow you to access:
- Details about THSRC Social event plans, news and notes.
Constant Updating and upgrading of current site and content.

Our History
In 1961, a group of local Turpin Hills residents met to form a non-profit organization to be called Turpin Hills Swim Club, Inc. The purpose of this corporation was to allow members to own and operate, a private swim club whereby its members, and their guests, can meet socially to find enjoyment, recreation, and relaxation. Club construction began in January 1962, after land at 5929 Clough Pike was acquired from the developers of the Turpin Hills Subdivision. The Charter Board of Trustees assumed responsibility of the club's facilities, its construction and financing, and the operational practices, which included the drafting of the Code of Regulations and the Rules of the Club. The pool was placed in operation on Saturday, June 9, 1962 at 10:00A.M. Within a few years, membership was fully subscribed and the Club was debt free. Tennis courts were added in 1971 and again 1973.
