Opening Responsibilities
1. Clean restrooms-sinks, toilets, counters, benches and mirrors
2. Wipe off tables, chairs and open umbrellas (whole club)
3. Hose out baby pool and begin to fill it
4. Hose upper deck (if necessary)
5. Blow off lower deck and tennis courts
6. Water the flowers
7. Put trash liners in trash cans
8. Pick up garbage around the club
9. General cleaning
10. Test pool water
11. Fold and straighten lost and found
12. Special projects as managers see need
While in the Guarding Rotation
1 BLOW YOUR WHISTLE!!!!!!!!!!
2. Watch over your area and make sure rules are followed
3. 15 minute rotation in each chair: low, middle, and high chair
4. After a full rotation:
- walk the tennis deck; straighten and wipe furniture, pick up trash
- walk the upper deck; straighten and wipe furniture, pick up trash
- check bathrooms: pick up trash, wipe sinks, and mop (possibly mop the hallways)
- rest
5. Special projects as manager sees need
Closing Responsibilities
1. Straighten chairs on all decks
2. Wipe all tables and put umbrellas down
3. Pick up trash
4. Take out trash and wipe off lids
5. Squeegee and mop bathrooms and hallways
6. Straighten office; take all personal items home
7. Pull the plug on the baby pool
8. Put toys away in baby pool area
9. Collect lost and found; place it on the shelves
10. Special projects as managers sees need
- Rainy Days: Some staff will be sent home. Those who remain will be working and cleaning.
