Turpin Hills Swim & Raquet Club Membership Information

General:

As of January 7, 1998, applications for membership will be accepted and placed on an appropriate waiting list and receive priority according to the following schedule: (The waiting lists may exceed the available membership openings.)

  1. Property owners of Turpin Hills Subdivision
  2. Families of adult children of active members
  3. Former voting members
  4. Senior Members (over 50, no children)
  5. All others

Deposit:

A non-refundable, deposit of $ 107.00 is included in the fees and is required for placement on the waiting list. Applicants who turn down membership openings twice will be removed from the waiting list and forfeit their fee.

Fee: $1,295.00 (less $107.00 deposit)
Non Refundable: $ 795.00
Refundable: $ 500.00 (amortized $100.00 per year)
 
Annual Dues: $615.00

Waiting List Status:

Our membership is limited to 350 families. We currently have around 50 families on our waiting list. Generally Turpin Hills residents, families of adult children of active members, and former voting members get in immediately. For all others, there is currently a wait of about one year which is the least it has been in a while so it is a very good time to get on the waiting list!
