Guests are not allowed at our Memorial Day Opening Day, July 4th or the Labor Day Pull The Plug.
Guests are allowed at our Friday night socials.
Guest fees can be taken at the door when you check-in or you can pre-purchase them online.
Party Reservations
Party reservations need to be made at least 1 week prior to requested date.
To make a reservation, fill out the online form below and have it approved by the pool manager. Reminders: No parties during any social event, holiday parties, or any other weekends determined too busy to accommodate additional events.
Party Fees:
~ $200 for three tables on the back deck near the playground. 20 people
maximum (4 adults minimum). The left or right side of the upper back deck can
be reserved. If more than three tables are desired, you may rent up to three
more for a total of six, however each additional requested table over the included three will cost $10 per table.
~ $300 for the shelter, 25 people maximum.
~ If you’d like to add more guests at either space, fee will be $7 per guest.
~ Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. If you need to cancel, you may cancel at least 48 hours prior to the party date and receive a full refund. If less than 48 hours notice, you may move the party to a different date.
~ When kids are dropped off, they may walk to the party area by themselves, or the host or staff member can escort them.
~ Members can only host 3 parties per year.
~ THSRC can host two parties per day.
~ Reservations can be made for up to 3 hours.
~ NO weekend parties allowed until after the July 4th weekend is over.
