In order to be compliant with Seven Hills Swim and Dive League Bylaws, please indicate if you’d like any family members (18&under) to be eligible for the 2026 Swim & Dive Season. By choosing “eligible” you are NOT committing to the team, but simply expressing interest. Ineligible families will not be given the option to participate in the 2026 Swim & Dive season.(Required)
